What a Mess

The gospel is messy. Grace is not something that is cut and dry or black and white. The love and mercy of God works beyond what our human minds can understand.

Frankly, I’m grateful for that. That means there’s nothing that can separate me from His love. He loves me despite my failings. Jesus is the perfect example of grace, mercy, forgiveness and acceptance.

The same goes for everyone. God is working to restore and redeem everyone of our lives and our families. Don’t let the past get in the way of you turning to God. He loves you no matter what you’ve done or are currently struggling with.

That’s the beauty of grace. It always forgives.

The grace of God is a mystery that I will never fully understand. But I’m thankful for its work in my life!
